All first-year participants engage in the Global Engineering Challenge, collaborating with peers across engineering fields to address authentic industry challenges. Second-year students undertake a week-long industry-sponsored project. Additionally, you'll gain practical experience through the Sheffield Industrial Project Scheme, partnering with engineering firms.
During your third year, you'll conduct independent research under faculty guidance, delving into advanced subjects like digital signal processing, VLSI design, hardware description languages, and system operations.
