This dynamic dual-qualification program enables you to pursue registration as both a Learning Disabilities Nurse and a Generic Social Worker. You'll earn essential professional credentials while developing the expertise needed for health and social care roles, with a focus on supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Additional placements across various social care environments ensure you meet the requirements for a comprehensive Social Work qualification.

Practical experience forms 50% of the program, with supervised placements allowing you to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. You'll develop your competencies through direct engagement with individuals who have learning disabilities, their support networks, and local communities.

Upon completion, you'll be eligible for dual registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a Learning Disabilities Nurse and with Social Work England as a qualified Social Worker.
