Sport and Exercise Science comprises three fundamental disciplines: Physiology (the biological study of bodily functions), Biomechanics (examining body movement and its underlying forces), and Psychology (exploring mental processes and behavior). Our Sport and Exercise Sciences program offers comprehensive knowledge on applying these sciences to athletic and fitness contexts, along with optional studies in complementary areas like nutrition and wellness.

With passionate instructors and cutting-edge lab facilities, we deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Our approach balances theoretical foundations with practical application, equipping students with both knowledge and real-world skills. Career readiness is integrated throughout the curriculum, preparing graduates to excel in sports-related fields or diverse professional pathways.
