This program merges two complementary disciplines, offering extensive insights into various historical eras alongside a thorough grasp of political concepts, societal structures, and frameworks for understanding international affairs.

During this cross-disciplinary course, you'll develop essential research capabilities, political analysis skills, historical interpretation methods, and career-ready competencies for related professions. The curriculum spans diverse subjects, from foundational political structures and pivotal modern events to justice systems and educational policies. You'll interact with scholarly traditions in both history and social sciences while honing your ability to articulate viewpoints and construct arguments. The program examines pressing political ethics questions, power structures, contemporary geopolitical history, and multiple methodological perspectives in History and Political Studies.

Year 1 entry: 112 UCAS points (or equivalent)
We welcome applicants to study with us at University of Roehampton with T Levels. T Levels are a new award that are equivalent to three A-levels.
We'll accept T Levels for entry onto our undergraduate degree courses (including our extended courses with a foundation year) and our Degree Apprenticeships.
