If you aspire to motivate young learners aged 5 to 11 at the start of their educational path, this Ofsted-rated Outstanding Primary PGCE program is ideal for you. You'll develop into an exceptional Primary educator capable of captivating students, collaborating effectively with peers, and continuously enhancing your teaching skills throughout your professional life. Your university training will involve learning from experienced practitioners and academic researchers, complemented by a minimum of 120 days of hands-on experience in school placements with guidance from mentor teachers. The program includes placements across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, while also exposing you to alternative educational settings beyond traditional primary schools to expand your sector understanding. Upon completion, you'll gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), enabling you to teach in UK primary schools, while also preparing you for leadership positions, training careers, or any profession requiring innovative communication and analytical abilities.
