Flexible study options: This program shares a foundational first year with BSc (Hons) Building Surveying and BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying, giving you the opportunity to switch to these degrees after successfully completing Year 1.
Acquire hands-on experience through an optional paid year-long internship with top surveying firms in the UK or internationally.
Train with professional-grade facilities, including dedicated design studios, specialized labs (materials testing and immersive visualization), and computer labs equipped with industry-standard software like Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project, and BCIS databases.
