Students gain expertise in food processing techniques, quality control systems, and innovative product creation while mastering key management strategies like supply chain optimization and quality assurance.
Through site visits, case analyses, and industry expert talks, participants receive extensive professional exposure. Our problem-solving curriculum addresses actual industry challenges, with corporate briefs guiding new product initiatives. Hands-on training occurs in our fully-equipped Food Processing Facility, featuring commercial-grade production and testing machinery.
Students may conduct their research projects with industry partners, choosing between facility-based, lab-oriented, or literature-focused approaches. Selected participants can complete their projects at partner company locations.
