Studying perceptual differences among individuals, including High Sweet Likers, Supertasters, and Thermal tasters
Assessing emotional reactions to sensory characteristics
Employing digital tools like Virtual Reality to study environmental influences on product assessment
Exploring eco-conscious consumer practices
Applying fMRI technology to study flavor and taste processing

Our postgraduate programs (PhD/MPhil/MRes) establish a strong theoretical foundation for sensory science. Students will,

hone critical analysis skills for scientific literature
design sensory experiments and analyze resulting data
engage in active research while cultivating independent investigation abilities
