Qualification Requirements

To study MA Human Resources Management at UON you will normally need to hold a recognised First or Second Class Honours degree from a UK University (or an international equivalent) in human resource management, or in business, commerce, management or related disciplines.

It would be an advantage for applicants to have experience of working in a HR or general management role for at least a year.

IELTS - 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in each other band (or equivalent)
TOEFL (iBT) - 88 overall (minimum score: Listening 17, Reading 18, Writing 17, Speaking- 20)
