The Master of Science in Engineering Project Management equips students with the professional skills needed to oversee engineering projects, offering comprehensive knowledge of both human and technical requirements essential for effective project leadership. This program covers organizational and strategic dimensions while emphasizing the methodologies for developing, processing, and implementing engineering innovations—from conceptualization to market launch. It explores how innovation enhances products, processes, and competitive positioning, along with strategies for safeguarding and leveraging intellectual property. This MSc is part of the Management of Projects Program Group, alongside three other specialized degrees: Management of Projects, Commercial Project Management, and Construction Project Management. The Department of Mechanical, Aerospace, and Civil Engineering boasts extensive experience in delivering project management master's programs, with faculty members bringing diverse industry expertise to the curriculum.
