Designed for students who don't hold a British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited degree, this program allows you to learn alongside MSc Organisational Psychology students while exploring workplace behavior science. You'll develop both theoretical understanding and practical research skills in organisational psychology, without requiring BPS registration. The tuition includes BPS Occupational Test User (Level A and B) certification. You'll acquire knowledge and research capabilities in these key areas: Workplace Psychological Assessment, Training and Development Processes, Leadership and Employee Motivation, Workplace Well-being, Organisational Design and Change, Advanced Research Methods and Data Analysis, and Practical Applications of Psychology in Work Environments.

Qualification Requirements
We require a First or Upper Second class honours degree (2:1, with 60% average) from a UK university or the overseas equivalent in psychology without GBC (Graduate Basis for Chartership), or in related disciplines such as social sciences, human resources or business and management. Knowledge or experience of statistics is desired. We may also look for a minimum grade in relevant subjects depending on your degree background.
Relevant work experience is desirable and examples of types of areas of work include HRM, counselling, training, career advice.
When assessing your academic record, we take into account your grade average, position in class, references and the standing of the institution where you studied your qualification. IELTS: 7.0 overall and no other element below 6.5; TOEFL 100 overall with a minimum score of 22 in other elements.
