The Bachelor of Social Science in Sociology explores the dynamics of social interactions and societal transformation. This program operates on the principle that individual actions can only be fully comprehended by analyzing social environments and interpersonal networks. As a field that challenges conventional wisdom, we rigorously assess fundamental beliefs about community structures. Both academic inquiry and instruction frequently aim to enhance or question living conditions and social frameworks, with sociology offering insightful viewpoints on potential societal transformations. Faculty members conduct investigations across diverse sociological domains, with expertise spanning: societal stratification and disparities, collective activism, ecological sustainability, sociological frameworks, worldwide integration and societal evolution, cultural behaviors and material consumption, digital media and technological impacts, labor markets and economic systems, private relationships (kinship, romance and sexuality), data collection techniques, metropolitan environments and city living, as well as senior studies and age-related social phenomena.
