The curriculum covers how single cells develop into complex organisms through controlled gene expression pathways, including the molecular mechanisms that regulate gene activation and silencing. During your third year, you can undertake a placement with one of our approved partner organizations either domestically or internationally. Students also have the option to organize their own placement (pending approval from the School of Biological Sciences).
