The BA in English Literature with Creative Writing offers a focused creative writing track within an English Literature program, where 25% of your coursework involves fiction and poetry writing. This program explores English literature from its earliest texts to contemporary works. The creative writing portion emphasizes developing skills in fiction and poetry, teaching writing techniques, the art of revision, and the value of giving and receiving constructive criticism. Creative writing classes are conducted in intimate workshop settings.
