Created and taught by top academics and specialists, the MSc Organisational Psychology track within the MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology program was developed for students without a BPS-accredited Psychology undergraduate degree. This pathway aims to cultivate future occupational psychology professionals capable of positively impacting both individual well-being and organizational performance.
Instruction incorporates current findings and innovative research to address all key areas of organisational psychology, helping students critically examine how workplace behavior studies can improve human and organizational effectiveness.
Key topics encompass: leadership dynamics, employee motivation and engagement; workplace wellness; job design, organizational transformation and growth; psychological evaluation in professional settings; and education, coaching and skill development. Participants also complete a guided research project, enhancing their understanding of psychological research methodologies and developing practical investigation skills in organizational environments. Through this approach, the MSc Organisational Psychology provides both theoretical knowledge and applied competencies for careers in occupational psychology, while also serving as excellent preparation for potential PhD candidates.
The MSc Organisational Psychology program operates under the Work, Organisation and Management (WOM) Department in the Management School, with instruction provided by distinguished academics whose teaching is closely aligned with their ongoing research.
