The BA in Screen Industries and Entertainment provides an opportunity to explore entertainment media within a fast-changing global landscape.
This innovative program, pending official university endorsement, combines arts, humanities, and cultural studies perspectives. It serves as an excellent foundation for students aiming for careers in entertainment or planning advanced academic pursuits.
Focusing on worldwide connections within screen industries and entertainment experiences, the curriculum transcends traditional Eurocentric viewpoints. It leverages insights from our Screen and Film Research Cluster, which specializes in industry dynamics, institutional frameworks, business models, and media platforms. Encompassing diverse formats (films, TV shows, streaming content, VR/AR, gaming, music) and their respective sectors, the program enables comprehensive engagement with international screen industry ecosystems.
