Our BSc (Hons) Events Management program is designed to develop innovative leaders for the events sector and wider business world. Students will engage with essential theories, legal structures, and hands-on skills, gaining a thorough understanding of event operations, live event coordination, and pressing industry challenges.

The first year introduces students to the vibrant events landscape within a global business framework, combining core business fundamentals. In the second year, the curriculum emphasizes event organization, creative design, execution, and logistical management, with attention to resource allocation and legal aspects. Students will also examine events through critical perspectives including sustainability, diversity, inclusion, and technological integration. The final year offers opportunities to implement skills in real-world event settings while fostering analytical thinking. Optional modules allow for customization based on professional goals.

The program employs diverse assessment methods to accommodate different learning approaches. These may include solo or team presentations, visual displays, written submissions, reflective essays, work portfolios, collaborative projects, and practical demonstrations during live events. Written exams also provide a holistic evaluation of student learning.
