Lincoln's Bachelor of Science with Honors in Construction Science and Management, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building, is designed to equip students with both technical expertise and leadership capabilities for adopting a comprehensive life-cycle approach to construction projects. The program covers fundamental subjects like environmental science, construction technology, information technology in construction, and project management. Additionally, students have opportunities to study specialized areas including built environment studies, legal aspects, economic principles, land surveying techniques, and methodologies for managing existing building structures.

Access to Higher Education Diploma 45 Level 3 credits with a minimum of 96 UCAS Tariff points

A combination of qualifications which may include A Levels BTEC EPQ etc

Applicants will also need at least three GCSEs at grade 4 C or above which must include English and Maths Equivalent Level 2 qualifications may also be considered

IELTS - 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each element.
TOEFL IBT - 79 overall, Reading - 18 , Listening -17, Speaking - 20, Writing - 20.
