You'll develop concepts, analyze audiences, and address artistic challenges through teamwork and independent work. Using top-tier equipment and facilities, you can specialize in still, motion, digital, or film photography while exploring subjects like identity, location, documentary, and narrative. The course also provides real-world experience through client projects and global photo contests.

Lincoln's photography faculty includes acclaimed professionals and research-focused scholars. Program Director Graeme Oxby won the 2019 Format Photography Festival Photo Show and exhibited at National Geographic's 2019 Indian Photo Festival. Tom Martin was a 2011 Taylor Wessing Portrait Prize finalist and 2017 In Conflict - Visible White Photo Prize nominee.

Students benefit from instructors conducting groundbreaking research while examining critical theories that shape modern photography. The curriculum blends hands-on skills with creative problem-solving to develop polished photographic works. As students advance, they gain greater independence in shaping their artistic direction.
