This course leads you on an exploration of Earth's systems, tracing their evolution from ancient times to today. The program combines specialized modules in Physical Geography and Geology to help students grasp how Earth's systems operate across different spatial and temporal scales. You'll learn about current landscape dynamics, how modern observations help interpret geological history (and vice versa), and how fossils reveal patterns in today's biodiversity. The curriculum also examines pressing modern issues such as climate change, land degradation, environmental contamination, and water resource management. By studying both historical and contemporary perspectives, you'll gain the knowledge to address critical environmental challenges facing our world.

A-levels: ABB-BBB including at least two from: Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Geography, Geology, Maths, Use of Maths or Physics.
EPQ with A-levels: BBB + EPQ at grade B. A-level subjects to include two from Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Geography, Geology, Maths, Use of Maths or Physics.
GCSE: Grade C/4 in English Language and Maths.
Access to HE Diploma: Pass science diploma with a minimum of 45 credits at level 3, 30 of which must be at Distinction. To include Physics, Chemistry and Maths Level 3 credits.
