We employ population-wide datasets as an effective resource to guide patient care decisions and assess treatment results. Combining data enhances the value of information from various studies and enables statistical evaluations that smaller individual studies typically can't achieve. Our work incorporates local, regional, and national datasets through innovative methods to produce evidence that helps NHS services enhance patient care strategies, ultimately leading to better health outcomes. Within the School of Medicine, we conduct research spanning multiple fields, and as a Leeds postgraduate researcher, you would play a key role in this endeavor, contributing to groundbreaking discoveries that expand our understanding in novel ways.
