Pursuing a PhD offers an enriching journey, whether you're starting an academic path or enhancing your professional skills. This advanced study fuels your subject passion while challenging you to maximize your capabilities. Earth's surface continuously transforms through tectonic plate movement, reshaping landscapes and triggering seismic activity. Our investigations span vast dimensions, from microscopic mineral grains compressed over eons to satellite-detected ground shifts following quakes.

Through seismology, we examine lithospheric structures (including glacial formations), while geochemistry helps us trace fault histories and system developments. By integrating these multiscale findings into computational models, we unravel the mechanisms behind seismic events and their temporal progression.
