The growing global need for physical therapy services and higher survival rates from conditions like strokes present fresh healthcare challenges. Smart robotic systems are seen as a promising solution to reduce pressure on physiotherapy teams and financial resources while enhancing patient results and quality of life. Our work combines multiple technological disciplines to create modular assistive/rehabilitation robotic devices suitable for both clinical and home use. To develop truly impactful intelligent devices, we maintain close partnerships with universities, corporations, and medical institutions.
