Our work focuses on developing and applying high-performance numerical algorithms for solving physical problems, simulations, graphics, rendering, animation, and visualization. The Computational Science and Engineering research group combines foundational algorithmic advancements with practical applications. Our specialties include optimized numerical methods for partial differential equations (PDEs), computer graphics, and scientific data visualization. Theme members also participate in the School's Applied Computing research for biology, medicine, and health sciences.
