Heart failure represents a multifaceted condition affecting cardiac, respiratory, muscular, and vascular systems, collectively diminishing life quality and increasing mortality risk. While exercise therapy shows proven benefits for heart failure patients, questions remain about optimal training methods. Our studies examine how multiple organ dysfunctions in heart failure combine to cause fatigue, exercise limitations, and reduced survival rates. We investigate exercise's therapeutic mechanisms and identify the most effective training protocols. Our methodologies span from genetic analysis to in vivo organ assessment, supported by computational modeling.
