Pursuing a postgraduate research degree demands commitment and enthusiasm for your chosen field. The journey may be demanding, but the rewards are substantial. As a PhD candidate, you'll conduct specialized research under the guidance of a principal supervisor and additional co-supervisors.
Our research spans diverse applied areas in biology, medicine, and health sciences. We build computational models of biological processes, partner with pathologists to advance 3D imaging and digital microscopy techniques, create innovative bio-inspired autonomous systems, and engineer secure architectures along with data mining and visual analytics solutions for large-scale datasets.

Qualification Requirements
You must have achieved a bachelor degree with a 2:1 (hons), or equivalent, or a good performance in a Masters level course in a relevant subject. We also recognise relevant industrial and academic experience.
IELTS Band Score 6.5 (with not less than 6.5 in writing and not less than 6.0 in any other skill area) or Internet Based TOEFL 88 (with not less than 19 in listening, 20 in reading, 22 in speaking and 22 in writing).
