The Masters by Research program enables students to conduct in-depth independent research at the graduate level under the mentorship of IDEA Centre faculty. You'll develop a personalized research project supervised by two advisors, culminating in a 30,000-word thesis. Human behavior is frequently shaped by environmental and cultural contexts. Our investigations examine how ethical decision-making can be enhanced or compromised by situational factors, with special focus on professional environments, workplace cultures, and leadership frameworks that foster ethical conduct.

To apply for our Masters by Research degree you'll need a bachelor degree with a 2:1 (hons) in a relavent subject.
The minimum University language requirement is IELTS band score 6.0 - with not less than 5.5 in any skill area or Internet based TOEFL 87 (with not less than 20 in listening, 20 in reading, 22 in speaking and 21 in writing).
