Our research examines how effectively legal systems can tackle disparities and contribute to fairer resource distribution. The Centre for Law and Social Justice investigates law's capacity to reduce inequalities and foster societal fairness. Its mission is to produce studies that confront worldwide inequality issues, focusing on justice interpretation, accessibility, and implementation, as well as sustainable communities and the intersection of health, human rights, and justice.
