The Master of Laws (LLM) in International Arbitration is an advanced degree program tailored for both law and non-law graduates seeking to expand their legal expertise. This globally recognized Master's qualification equips you with essential skills to advance in the arbitration field, potentially leading to roles such as Arbitrator, Mediator, Dispute Resolution Specialist, and other related professions.

Through the LLM International Arbitration program, you'll examine key aspects of international dispute resolution, gaining the substantive knowledge required to elevate your professional practice.

The curriculum emphasizes both international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. You'll study the legal foundations of commercial arbitration, contrasting English arbitration law with the UNCITRAL Model Law. Additionally, you'll explore investment arbitration, with particular attention to the ICSID Convention and its associated arbitration rules.

Upon achieving at least 65% in the International Arbitration module, you'll qualify for CIArb Membership and earn the right to use the MCIArb professional designation.
