Our institution hosts 'iROWE' (the Institute for Research into Organizations, Work, and Employment). We generate top-tier research while working alongside businesses, labor unions, professional associations, and policy influencers including the TUC, ISBE, CIPD, ACAS, the RSA, and government entities. This collaboration enables us to guide the creation of impactful workplace policies and employment frameworks for businesses of all sizes.
