In partnership with Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service (LFRS), we've developed an engaging Fire Scene Investigation program that applies multidisciplinary science and research techniques to examine fire origins and causes. Your dissertation will allow you to explore a specialized area of fire science, giving you full ownership of designing, executing, analyzing, and interpreting findings from a significant research project that advances the field. The MSc program includes valuable professional development opportunities through either an industry placement or an applied project. This program holds dual accreditation from both the Energy Institute (EI) and the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE).
