Explore the principles and application of care, management, and rehabilitation through our Sports Therapy Foundation Entry degree. Foundation Entry programs are designed for students who possess the aptitude for degree-level study but may lack formal qualifications for direct entry into an honors program. This serves as an excellent pathway toward earning a full degree. Our curriculum is supported by cutting-edge research and provides placement opportunities with top-tier sports organizations, including Super League rugby clubs, national rugby teams, and Premier League football clubs nationwide. Upon completing the four-year Sports Therapy program, you'll emerge as a skilled practitioner capable of assisting athletes in achieving peak performance. The program integrates physiology, psychology, pathology, and exercise rehabilitation disciplines. You'll develop expertise in restoring athletes to optimal fitness and function following sports injuries, while also gaining hands-on experience with therapeutic massage and sport-specific exercises as key rehabilitation components.
Our sandwich degree options combine academic rigor with real-world experience, helping you develop workplace confidence and graduate career-ready.

Many alumni have found the sandwich year invaluable, as it provides direct industry exposure and mentorship from professionals. These placements often lead to future employment opportunities in related fields for our graduates.
