The Kent Law and Health LLM program provides a dynamic and cutting-edge examination of key topics in health law. Drawing on globally recognized research, this pathway helps you grasp fundamental legal and ethical frameworks, examine the political, social, and organizational factors influencing health regulation, and assess the intricate connections between healthcare, legal systems, and governance.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted everyone globally. It has also demonstrated that health law and policy cannot be separated from wider issues of globalization, intergenerational disparities, racial inequities, and other systemic injustices. Kent Law School leads in adopting critical, contextual legal studies with a strong emphasis on social justice across all its programs. This pathway prioritizes understanding law within broader societal, political, and global frameworks while addressing the effects of overlapping forms of discrimination.
