A PhD represents the pinnacle of academic achievement available to students. This program enables candidates to investigate and undertake an extensive research initiative centered around a significant work that must demonstrate innovative contributions to their field.
Full-time doctoral studies typically span three years of intensive research, concluding with a comprehensive written dissertation that generally shouldn't surpass 80,000 words.
Participants must follow an approved research plan, which may incorporate elements from existing postgraduate courses, final-year undergraduate modules, academic conferences, specialized seminars, expert-led masterclasses, directed reading, or a blend of these learning approaches.
Your principal advisor will typically lead a support team consisting of up to three members. This research supervisor will provide guidance and assistance throughout your academic journey.
