Earning an LLB (Hons) in Law with Criminology opens doors to diverse career paths at the intersection of legal and criminal justice fields, such as becoming a criminal defense attorney, forensic criminologist, law enforcement detective, corrections specialist, private detective, among other options.
Alongside mastering the seven core Foundations of Legal Knowledge (FLK), you'll explore crime causation theories, including perspectives on punishment and victimology. Graduates will be prepared for roles in prosecutorial services, law enforcement agencies, probation departments, correctional facilities, and similar sectors.
Our adaptable program structure allows students to choose their specialization after Year 2, selecting between academic pathways like the traditional LLB (Hons) Law or practice-oriented options such as Law and Practice or the Master's in Law and Practice programs.
