Our Product Design BA/BSc(Hons) program equips you with the essential abilities to pursue a career as a professional product designer. You'll cultivate and refine techniques for developing groundbreaking products, guided by practical research, conceptualization, preliminary sketches, physical model construction, prototyping, digital rendering, and animation. Attention extends to crucial aspects like production processes and market strategies, while exploring the principles of human-centered design and ethical design practices - both vital for crafting inclusive, sustainable products and business approaches.

The program trains you to become an inventive solution-finder by recognizing market opportunities, analyzing user challenges with current products, and formulating effective resolutions.

During the first year, all students complete identical coursework. Upon completing Year 1, you'll select your preferred academic track - either the BA(Hons) or BSc(Hons) pathway. While both options remain continuously available, the University maintains the discretion to offer only the more popular choice if enrollment numbers for either pathway become insufficient.
