Providing a foundation in child development and early learning, our Early Childhood Education and Care program.
Since experiences and surroundings during formative years significantly influence a child's growth, ensuring children receive optimal early support is crucial. Through hands-on practice alongside theoretical learning, you'll cultivate sought-after professional abilities - our alumni now work as primary educators, early childhood specialists, healthcare professionals, and social workers. Additional career paths include special needs education support, instructional aides, youth mentors, and early intervention positions.
This childhood development program offers optional evaluation against the Early Childhood Studies Degree Network's Graduate Practitioner Competencies. Achieving these standards earns you Graduate Practitioner Status with your degree. Attaining GPCs enhances employment opportunities in youth education and care fields.
