To perform research and create innovative contributions that push forward knowledge in the fields of (1) Mobile and Wireless Communications and Networks, covering subjects like Multi-antenna and massive MIMO communications, Cooperative and relay-based network systems, Cognitive radio technologies and spectrum analysis, Orthogonal and non-orthogonal multicarrier transmission methods, Energy-efficient and sustainable communication solutions, Wireless power transfer and combined information-energy systems, Full-duplex communication architectures, Millimeter wave wireless technologies, and (2) Radio Frequency and Analog Circuits and Systems, focusing on areas such as Software-defined radio architectures, RF and millimeter wave circuit design, Analog and mixed-signal electronic systems, Testing and diagnostics for analog circuits, Reconfigurable analog and RF components, Low-power electronic designs, RF energy harvesting systems, and Wireless power transfer circuits.
