While we provide connections through our broad network of partner schools and local education providers, placement availability isn't guaranteed. The program aims to equip graduates for thriving careers in education, developing critical skills to analyze and shape policies across diverse learning environments. an honours degree (2:2 or higher) in a relevant subject such as Education, SEND, Childhood Studies, Social Sciences, Coaching, Mentoring or Counselling or other related fields. Other degree qualifications will be considered depending upon relevant professional experience in an educational context such as schools and colleges. Overseas awards need to be recognised as equivalent by NARIC
English language GCSE Grade 4 (iGCSE Grade C) or above or equivalent
a short personal statement (no more than 500 words) explaining why you are interested in education and any relevant experience (professional or voluntary) that might support your application
