This program qualifies you to apply for Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration immediately upon completing your studies. You'll graduate as a fully certified paramedic ready to begin your career. Numerous alumni pursue additional education to become specialized or advanced paramedics, while others advance to leadership roles in the NHS. Our graduates actively contribute to the College of Paramedics, playing key roles in advancing the profession.

After graduation, you can register with the HCPC as a paramedic. The majority of our graduates start as Newly Qualified Paramedics in NHS Ambulance Services, benefiting from structured preceptorship programs. Alternative career paths include positions with other NHS Trusts or private healthcare providers. With experience, you can specialize in areas like emergency care, research, administration, or teaching. The program also provides a foundation for pursuing master's or doctoral degrees.
