Financial Mathematics is housed in one of our more compact Departments. This creates an environment where you'll develop close relationships with your lecturers, and they'll get to know you equally well. You'll enjoy personalized attention and customized support when required. Your education will be guided by research-focused academics who have gained global recognition for their work in mathematics and mathematical physics. Three faculty members specialize in 'Strings, Supergravity and Geometry,' delving into string theory along with differential and algebraic geometry. Additional research initiatives involve studying classical and quantum integrable systems as well as scattering amplitudes in gauge theories.

In the UK, there's been a consistent increase in positions requiring numerical skills in recent years. Mathematics graduates are highly sought after in the job market due to their problem-solving capabilities, analytical reasoning, and proficiency in data interpretation. BTEC - DDM - Applied Science as well as A Level Maths grade C.

IB- 120-128 points - Must include maths at HL grade 4 or above

GCSE: Grade 4 in English Language and Mathematics


IELTS - Score of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in any band)
TOEFL IBT - 72 with band scores of reading 18, writing 17, listening 17, speaking 20, Pearson Test of English (PTE) - 51 (with no less than 42 in any band)
