Our comprehensive History curriculum explores varied cultures and identities, emphasizing people's histories and daily experiences. This focus shines in our first-year courses, examining the modern world's formation through themes like belief systems, healing practices, social justice movements, global African perspectives, and U.S. history from founding fathers to contemporary politics.

Our Film faculty adopt an equally global perspective. You'll investigate Hollywood, international cinema, European film traditions, and British film production, gaining industry insights while developing appreciation for diverse storytelling styles, cultural contexts, and technical approaches.
