This MSc by Research in Engineering is perfect for practicing engineers looking to investigate an industry-related project while earning an academic qualification.
The program consists primarily (two-thirds) of a research component, allowing you to specialize in a particular field. The remaining portion includes elective modules from our master's course offerings. It's particularly suited for industry-focused projects and appeals to working professionals who can align their research with their career objectives.
Your research can span various faculty specialties such as manufacturing systems, control instrumentation, and bulk solids management. Past student projects have involved creating test apparatus, designing automated elutriation testers, and investigating standpipe applications for outlet activation.
