Our LLM in International & Commercial Law provides deep insights into the legal systems that regulate international relations and global business operations.

Understanding global trade dynamics and their legal context is increasingly vital. This program takes you beyond domestic legal systems to explore key aspects of public international law and cross-border commercial regulations.

Students can choose from three specialized tracks or opt for a general pathway. The specialized options include: Business Human Rights & Environmental Law; Intellectual Property Law; and Maritime Law & Policy. To earn a specialization, students must (after enrollment): obtain approval for their chosen track; complete an approved dissertation in their specialization area; and successfully finish the required 30-credit module specific to their track. (For Maritime Law & Policy, students take 'The Law of Maritime Security: Navies & the Rule of Law at Sea'; Intellectual Property students complete 'Intellectual Property Law'; and Business Human Rights & Environmental Law students study 'Business Human Rights & the Environment').
