Our comprehensive criminology and criminal psychology degree program begins with a preparatory foundation year to equip you for advanced academic study. You'll then progress through identical coursework to our standard three-year program.

Designed for those fascinated by crime, psychological factors, and legal systems, this program provides foundational knowledge in criminology and criminal psychology. You'll examine diverse topics including criminal profiling, psychopathological behaviors in stalking cases, societal factors like gender and racial bias, forensic investigation techniques, and counterterrorism studies. Optional professional placements allow you to apply your knowledge in real-world settings.

Alumni from our criminology program have established careers in policy development, academic research, law enforcement, social services, and government agencies including HM Revenue and Customs.
