Our computing science alumni receive accreditation from the British Computer Society (BCS), The Chartered Institute for IT, fulfilling the educational criteria for Chartered IT Professional (CITP) status. For four out of the past nine years, the School has achieved top marks in student satisfaction within the National Student Survey. Bachelor's degree holders qualify for BCS membership and, with appropriate experience, can pursue Chartered IT Professional (CITP) status along with partial Chartered Scientist (CSci) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) credentials. MSci graduates are eligible for full CITP and partial CSci recognition. Our bachelor's programs carry the Euro-Inf Bachelor Quality certification, while MSci degrees hold the Euro-Inf Master Quality Label.
