The University of Glasgow's Chemistry program consistently surpasses student expectations, delivering outstanding teaching within a supportive academic setting. Students gain unique insights through an industrial medicinal chemistry lecture series taught by pharmaceutical researchers, covering drug-receptor dynamics and the development, synthesis, delivery, and metabolism of significant medications. The program holds professional accreditation from the Royal Society of Chemistry. Students can also pursue an MSci version with an additional work placement year, either domestically or internationally, between their third and final years.
