The Data Science Master's program is a specialized track within the MSc (Computing Science) degree, offering comprehensive training in large-scale data analysis and application. This program includes hands-on experience with major development or research projects centered on Data Science methodologies, equipping graduates for key roles in Big Data and IT sectors.
As part of the Scottish Informatics and Computer Science Alliance (SICSA), the School contributes to establishing Scotland as a global hub for Informatics and Computer Science education and research. The program maintains strong ties with The Data Lab, a premier research and innovation center dedicated to extracting economic, scientific, and societal value from data.
