This program fosters a multidisciplinary and analytical perspective on education policy for students pursuing careers in international development and cooperation. In today's globalized world, education serves as a fundamental driver of social integration and sustainable progress.
Drawing from comparative education studies, policy analysis, and international development frameworks, this program offers a comprehensive curriculum. Study abroad components are structured to provide meaningful learning across diverse institutional and cultural environments. Our faculty brings extensive research knowledge from regions including Latin America, Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and both Western and Eastern Europe. Through internships with partner organizations, you'll gain hands-on professional experience to refine practical competencies. The program culminates in an independent research project, allowing you to strengthen methodological abilities through fieldwork in developing regions. The degree is jointly conferred by four institutions: Autonomous University of Barcelona, University of Glasgow, University of Bremen, and University of Cyprus.
