Economics education explores how people and societies allocate limited resources, determining what goods are created and who can access them. This involves analyzing costs, advantages, risks, and societal impacts. You'll examine both microeconomic and macroeconomic theories while exploring specialized areas like public policy, emerging economies, corporate economics, and global commerce.
Alumni gain expertise in investigation, evaluation, presentation, collaboration, strategic choices, and creative solutions. Notable employers of recent graduates include: Ernst & Young, Morgan Stanley, Shell, Scottish Government, National Australia Group Europe, and Hays plc.
